Excellent training for kickboxing, muay thai or krav maga. Beginners start off in a seperate group to learn the basics, and later joins the seniors for more advanced techniques. The club also uses a grading system to award "belts" as you progress throughout the years. Students are also able to enter competitions through the club. The syllabus is based on the international Teukgong Moosool federation in South Korea, as this is where Master Lee who founded the club is from.
