Horrible Service, had to phone a plethora of times and send 4 mails and wait over a week just to obtain a cross border letter. No one responds and you have to follow up with them. They are always "experiencing high call volumes". They can only hold the line 2 minutes for you to wait for the info to be sent then the have to put down the line. If there is no success then you would have to call again. And repeat, repeat, repeat. Totally laugable

Home of Wesbank, huge, impressive building. Picked up our car's registration papers without any issues.
I would not even finance my pool noodle with this place. Every avenue you take to ask for assistance is replied with a cryptic message If you try call them you might aswell start at 8am leave the phone on the desk, go have breakfast and catch up with covid 19 news and listen to everyone's opinion on how to cure it.. by the time you get back, you will still be waiting. The new South Africa , zero service delivery.

Went there on a field trip and my word this place is great.
Shockingly slow responses. Trying to sell a car and it's taken a month now and the deal is still not closed because of slow responses from Wesbank. Would not recommend.
