The team at Windovert (Brian and Rhoda) were professional and responsive. The two gentlemen who came to install were also very courteous and efficient. We’ve had our blinds for about a year and we’re still very happy with the quality of both the blinds and the installation.

I don't think I can give zero Stars? Terrible service after making many mistakes and promises. I eventually just paid and gave up after one of the management i was dealing with continued to send me rude emails and telling me I am 1 in a 100 people who expect perfect quality!!!

Over the years I have used Windovert for several properties where we required blinds. Although their service culture has never been overly friendly or customer focused, they have always delivered on deadlines. Recently, we have encountered some quality issues due to incorrect measurements. It has been very difficult to get these issues resolved. Installers are sent to site without supervision, leaving this responsibility to the client.
