An embarrassment is when: a customer takes their car from your dealership to another mazda dealership to get work done that you said cannot be done. Ouch! After 4 months of waiting, had to take my car to Mazda Hatfield because according to Ben Morgenrood Mazda, you cannot program a one key, you need to to purchase 2 keys. This just shows the level of skill at this place. The Frik fella was very rude by the way, Yvonne has a problem returning call. Very disappointed with their service.
