As already mentioned in a review read by Jackson, the service around parts is shod and extremely disappointing. I don't mind waiting for a part due to a backlog. HOWEVER. .. there is absolutely no follow up with the customer to advise them if the status of the order. The customer must cntinue phoning. Part promised the past Monday and still nothing... no feedback whatsoever. Wish there was another supplier I could use that understand's customer service

Really great service and products from these guys. Their salesman Nathan took the time to find out what we were looking for and we ended up buying two new bikes! Really happy with them too. They offer a nice discount on everything you buy with the bikes and were really helpful with telling me how to tie them down and which accesories I needed. I am very happy with them. I have been to many bike stores in Durban and most have been pretty useless.

I ordered a part the the 15th December 2020. I'm still waiting and its now February 2021. I had to follow up three times in the workshop. Only to be told there are delays (same part, different place took 3 days). If i did not source a part somewhere else my bike would not be operational. Nobody called me at anytime, up to February 2021. Not the first time experiencing poor service, probably the third. So glad they got rid of the rude receptionist Claire who probably hated her job. Everytime i called she was rude and so unfriendly...however, still poor service. I would rate it a 0 if there was a 0. Such a pity they are now made the agents for Sym Jet as i received better service at a previous allocated agent.
