The lady who handles your switchboard is exceptionally rude. I think for someone who is most often the first point of contact, she should work on her manners, as she could be a reason you lose business. Hence the reason I will mot reach out to you any more.

Offloading is extremely slow. Book in on sunday. Only offloading on tuesday night. Very unprofessional. Parking g very unsafe.
