I have been taken from pillar to post by Real People , I've lost count on the amount of times I've had to call them. I took down a loan of which i later cancelled for reasons that i stated to them. I cancelled in April, called them in May for a cancellation Letter, was told that i can only get it after 30 days and that i should expect it around the 24th of June...i called them last week Friday spoke to a Renee who now tells me that NO, i can only get the letter once the account has been closed.....i asked that her manager call me till today I am waiting....i spoke to so numerous consultants who tell me a different story every time i call I'm honestly drained of energy. ALL I NEED IS A CANCELLATION LETTER, for the past 3 months now i mean whats so difficult about that
