Within the space of one month, the food went from great to fair to terrible. Portions halved, the Chicken Korma became some weird bland concoction and even the rice became terrible. A heads up was given on the last 2 occasions that something is seriously wrong in the kitchen and the lady with whom we place the orders tried conveying our disappointment to the chef, but unfortunately to no avail. Went from being a loyal weekly customer for the last 8 months to not being willing to spend another cent, in less than a month. So disappointed!
No one receive customers at door, staff need training. Food is good.
Terrible!!!, Ordered food from them twice and both times I received my food from Mr D with all the contents messed in the packet from the containers. When phoning them to complain they were not interested in what I had to say.
I'm sure the food is frozen and defrosted as we order... My food today was bland. Watery. No spice. No flavor never ever will I order again
