I asked to be transferred to the parts department at Renault Vaal Vanderbijlpark, where i had to repeat my enquiry twice while trying to hear what the muffled voice said and asked. Meanwhile two hours and fifteen minutes passed, after leaving my number, two emails, a picture of the part and one Renault representative saying that my car does not have what i say i need... What happened to this once fast and efficient dealership? Four people, more than two hours and a (still) broken part later i still await the quote promised. Will it reach me next week?

Beautiful clean building, but the staff is not friendly. It's like they are allergic to smiles . On top of that, the parts department/office take forever to answer their phone, and they promise to call back and never do. I am not happy with their service.

Service department takes forever to fix something I've pay for already. Can't believe a problem can take a month to fix. If you try to call the either there is no awnser, nobody in charge is around. And the people that do awnser is only having excuses.

Struggling to get the correct person for the problem. Always transfer to someone else or put on hold forever. Better service in jhb branch. Help faster with the correct parts at hand. Not have to go back the following day.
