I'll give them a 1.5 for the price. They underestimated/ under-quoted everything for my recent project by a huge margin. I spent additional - R6000.00 to their quote. If you want quality slab, you'll have to buy extra material (rebars and reinforcement) on your own because they are bad at estimation. so i wouldn't recommend them at all. Moreover, their customer service is poor; i dealt with a guy called Clinton, am not impressed with his response time, I should have read the signs earlier before making the transaction. He sent me a very poor invoice that doesn't show the cost break down of each item; He's been ignoring my request for a proper invoice, three times i asked him to sent me a proper invoice. I don't recommend Rhino slabs. I'm being taken for a ride and a fool. Overall, I've had bad service from Rhino don't waste your time with them, am still waiting for a certificate of compliance from them, it's been two days he promised to email the certificate.
