Never in my life have I received such bad service. After phoning the sales lady not once, not twice but on several occasions, informing her of incorrect billing and after numerous promises that it will be rectified... I still today have had no feedback, nor has the billing been rectified. Today I've received another invoice for colour copies to the value of R 19 931-08. Canon was instructed to set the copier so that it can only do black and white copies, not colour. I have not made these copies and refuse to accept this. I will be returning the Canon copier and support their competition from now on. I strongly advise anyone / business to rather look at other options, than to make use of Canon business centre in Richards Bay. THIS IS FAR FROM OVER...
