Called several times to order a replacement glass on a product. Spoke to Carsen who promised each time to give feedback and still waiting for almost 3 months. Poor service.

We called them and they came for the call out but the technicians that they sent us were rude and they did not do anything they later sent us a message telling us to switch off something which they had to do themselves, long story shot they did not come back to fix our fridge so we wasted R450 for useless call out. We sent a number of messages and they did not respond
