Service was good, food good, with steers the food quality is very consistent across most outlets.

Close to half an hour for a burger and chips is not acceptable. The hygiene standards are really poor, I saw a small cockroach roaming the counters, a real turn off for a food outlet. Cleaning materials should be nowhere near the service area. The counters need some tidying up.

Well the workers seemed lost very confused acutely the fries where below standard the burgers arnt that great but the service was decently fast

Burgers are good flame grilled but only issue which we did tell the cashier please those Coach co roaches running on that wooden boards must be removed. Was hectically busy today cashier mentioned they do spray but sorry that unhealthy
