Wanted to enter the vodacom shop in the boardwalk to purchase a new phone.... at the door we were told that we are only allowed to have 1 family member enter..... ok so how does that work??? I need a phone hubby needs to aprove and the kids???? Do they expect us to have hubby inside and me and the kids look like some sort of stalkers looking through the window nodding yes or no..... i do understand that covid regulations needs to be adhered to but in situations with a family being in town there should at least be some sort of better arrangements. I will absolutely not take my business there at all. Other shops are more than happy to have me and my family enter their premises and they deserve business.

I phoned and all I get is this guy shouting in my ear just to find out I phoned the wrong vodacom shop in Richards Bay. Then he just puts the phone down in my ear while I was talking to him. Honestly the worst service I've had over the phone.

Waited 10 minutes to do a sim swap while two people working in the store was playing with phone unable to assist. Made me wait for the person on the PC to assist.
