First time going to purchase from Richards Bay chemicals and I can assure you that we are not gonna purchase there again, the Indian lady at the reception name is Dolly is very bad gives bad customer service, shouting at customers and saying she doesn’t have time they are closing early today. What a bad experience in the morning.
