Awesome company to deal with during a difficult time. Very efficient
For many years I use the cremation service of R.I.Pets. All cremations were done professionally. This week the first time they made a mistake with the cremation of my cockatoo and my cat. They did not choose not to tell me about it but were honest to inform me what went wrong..If they did not I would not know. The General Manager Karin Mathes was back from leave today and immediately phoned to apologize and made me a refund which I received 20 minutes after her phone call. I give R.I.Pets 5 stars. We all make mistakes and to be honest about that and act adequately and take responsibility is rare for companies. R.I.Pets showed professionality, responsibility and care about their clients!!
Cannot thank Karin enough. She was so helpful, friendly, and caring; and she gave us the best service. This company does so much to make a difficult time in your life easier. And they put your little loved one's ashes in the most beautiful handmade urn. Thank you once again.
I cannot recommend this place enough. During a very tough time having to put our beloved pet to rest, they just made it a little bit easier. Extremely passionate and supportive. Karin at R.I.Pets has the most beautiful manner when communicating and it is so comforting dealing with her. Passionate people are very hard to find nowadays, but Karin is just one in a million. It is not an ideal situation, but whenever you find yourself in need of a service like this, they are your go to people!
My cat died on the 11th of November. According to the certificate he was cremated on the 10th. I wish I could rate zero. I knew in my heart that it was unlikely that I would receive his actual ashes but it is nice to have something like this to be able to keep. It is an absolute slap in the face.
We were extremely pleased with the professional service given by RIPets. The team were kind and compassionate at a very distressing time. We highly recommend them to take care of your beloved animal when the time comes in a dignified and professional way.
