If I could have given a zero I would have! I cant even get them to answer the phone, I called them 25-30 times and its taking 3 weeks to transfer an account! Terrible service from the staff and an I don't care attitude! Basic things like answering the phone in a professional manner.....Shocking! I hope MTN wakes up and investigates this, highly doubt it though....

Robertson never have phones in stock. Always disappoints when it comes to stock! Good contracts , but it doesn't help if you can't get your phone with it. Should've expected this after the third time upgrading.

We have been waiting nearly four hours after travelling from out of town, through several roadworks and we still don't have the regular two year business contract renewal. Firstly we were told it would take twenty minutes and we could go and do our business in Robertson. We said we would return at ,3pm. We returned at ,330 and waited until 4pm but the upgrade was still incomplete. After the wait from 12.30 till 4pm. We have given up and left for Montagu without the phone. Very unsatisfactory. Please contract me urgently tomorrow about couriering my phone to Montagu, otherwise I must cancel my contract with MTN. Geoff

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE GOT IN YEARS FROM A CELL PHONE COMPANY. IF YOU CONTACT THEM WITH A PROBLEM, THEY PROMISE TO CALL YOU BACK, BUT THEY NEVER DO. SO YOU END UP CALLING THEM AGAIN AND IF BY CHANCE THEY ANSWER THE PHONE THERE IS STILL NO SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM AND YOUR ARE STILL STUCK WITH A CONTRACT PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK FOR NEARLY A MONTH. WHAT TO DO ????????????
