I went to Romans NTN Centre and ordered 2 pizzas. One Vegetarian minus the tomatoes and extra pepperdew. Couldn't obviously swop the two. Anyway the other a three cheeses pizza. I waited and waited. Pizza was prepared but nobody bothered to let me know the other was done. When I got home I was furious to find that the tomatoes were smiling at me and the pizza was now cold. As we know reheated pizzas is just not the same. All the Cashier could say was sorry as she had made my order as an order for collection. Wasn't impressed at all.

Poor service. Ive been buying on a regular basis from this romans since it opened due to convenience. However ive had numerous unpleasant experiences. The call and collect service has on many occasions been a call and wait to collect situation. Yesterday i ordered 3 pizzas. Small seafood, four in one, chicken and mayo macon. When i came to collect the seafood pizza was not made. I was told by the women who took my order that she forgot about that 1 and perhaps didnt undertsand. They then prepared me the seafood which i was made to wait for. Leaving with 1 hot pizza and 2 cold pizzas. Please buck up on your service... for we do enjoy romans pizzas but at times we feel to rather eat elsewhere "other romans" due to this

5 Star rating for worst service ever. Tried calling to place a order for collection and the phone just rings for over 20 minutes.... I get to the store with like 3 customers waiting.. I ask the guy at the counter if there is a problem with the phone he says no they don't answer the phone when they busy. But there is literally only 3 people waiting. Then I get told there is only thin base and when I reach home I come to find the pizza does not even have a base... Absolute waste of my money!! I will drive abit further and make use of other fast foods instead

Absolute watse of time trying to place an order and the phone just rings yet there are people inside standing and looking as if they doing anything.. The service and staff needs to be changed honestly.. The owner needs to address his staff if they aren't properly trained #lenasia south Roman's #ntn centre
