The food is excellent. Good value for money. Don't wait long for your order. The only thing that needs a little work is the customer service... I am not sure why the person taking the order doesn't greet back or why they get irritated when asked questions... I expect friendly service always

I ordered on line and after I arrived 40min later I still had to wait, OK they were quite busy but the cashier were counting slips I had to ask her about my order then went fetch it lying on the shelf. The food was very good but count your slips after closing hours.

Worst Experience ever. Staff do not explain and promote the specials at all, only after receiving the COMPLETE WRONG ORDER, were we informed that the free soft drinks were out of stock on selected flavours. The so called manager was totally unprofessional and untrained to handle complaints and could not resolve the problem amicably. I would not recommend this store to anyone
