The person behind the counter should be the face of the store front yet it feels like she hates her job, never friendly and always feels like she wants to be anywhere but helping the customer... if this continues we will just stop using Romans Pizza all together, I’d rather spend a little more for better quality service than waste my time. Nothing wrong with the pizza but the service let’s you down. And it’s definitely not the first time we have been to this store a lot and we don’t feel like going back.

I bought the 2 large pizzas for R100 special. The pizza was terrible. It was dry, no source on the pizza base, and the dough tasted like it was previously frozen.
On a very busy night with socially distant queue well outside the door got friendly service from the cashier and while I waited a while for the pizza to be ready it was well prepared exactly as ordered
