Posting this from an anonymous account as I do not want them calling me back. We asked them for a quote. They said they would arrive at 9:00, finally they arrived at 4:00 after numerous unanswered phone calls and messages after waiting almost the whole day. They looked and said they would quote (they said a lot more needed to be done than the guys who actually in the end did the job for us). 3 days still nothing, messaged and called them numerous times getting empty promises each time. 7 days after I called again and then 9 days. Still nothing after a month. We depended on them and delayed our construction until we got another company out. If you do not want business or do not want to reply to clients then don’t be in the business.
