Phoned for an aircon service. Appointment was made. I organised to be at home and when no one came or let me know anything by mid day I called to find out what is going on. Phone about three times every time being told I would get a call back. No call back, no call to say sorry we were not able to make it. Now a week later I get a call to ask when they can come. I declined, if you don't want my money it's all good.
