THis must be the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They don't ever get back to you , even after phoning them daily which the whole company runs off 1 phone and she has to ask the only other 1 person to find out anything which obviously is nothing. I have had a broken glass skylight in my house now for 4 weeks. I thought I would use them as they were close to my house and only slightly cheaper then another company... I am so sorry I changed for money.. Good lesson learnt here
