So. I don't even know where to start. I visit my mom once a week where we always get something nice to eat. She has recently started liking BK. So I told her we can order. The order took 90mins to get delivered - OK, It was through uber eats. It's end of the month. It's busy. So I said you know what - it will be worth it and I don't want to complain about time. And oh my was I wrong. We ordered the "nacho cheese fries" - so expensive. And there were barely any cheese sauce! it was a normal medium portion fries with 2 or 3 jalapeños and almost NO sauce. It came in a WRIPPED wrong packaging Chicken fries box (and one can clearly see in the box there were no sauce) and ice cold off course. Along with that an XL Chili Cheese - one of the patties were beyond burnt. As in solid hard bitter burnt! I had to throw it away! And once again ice cold. With this order we ordered a whopper & BC Crunch meal - totally soggy and Ice cold. Where can i submit photos of my order? This is NOT an Uber Eats Issue - BUT 100% a Burger King issue!

Best meal from a Burger King ever. Every aspect was prepared well and so fresh. The slow service certainly was forgotten when taking the first bite. This is not the nearest outlet from where I stay, yet I will gladly drive the distance for those fresh and amazing tastes. Well done

So DISSAPOINTED once again. I always have to double check my orders before leaving, however today there was just no time. Once again order missing food that has been paid for. No Fierce Whopper, missing chips and a Pepsi drink and mayo on one of the burgers when specifically requested to not have. Will you ever get it right. And then no phone number to contact them and complain. Seriously!!!!

Got the quad stacker and turns out its a kiddies meal️ revisited and back gas leak has been fixed, went in and the service was fast and there is good seating areas. All was well...

It is pathetic service, i have been sitting here from 18h30 in the drive through and we are still here at 19h52. People at the walk- in had faster service and have come well after us and have left alredy. I will not ever bloody support urll. Ridiculous, pathethic service.

I think i have just completely had it with this branch. The service and quality of food has been decreasing for too long now. My Uber order tonight was a complete mess. My wife ended up with a stale veggie burger (that you cannot even order on Uber) in place of her Chicken BK Crunch and my Double Whopper was replaced with a single. None of the drinks were even right and they were all a "kids" small.

Good day. My nieces and I came to order your burger specials for dinner tonight. Not only did we wait over half an hour sitting in the drive through, but we are so disappointed with the food delivered or not even given to us. Cold drinks are all flat, the Cheese burger short supplied and other burgers have hardly any sauce on them. You can refer to order 163. Poor show and terribly frustrating.
