How can you justify selling a PS4 game in store for R450 and then asking to buy the game for only R50 from a customer? How many people is cash converters actually ripping off?? It's actually ridiculous. There is no logical explanation for this to be honest. And then selling another game in store, 3 different copies at 3 different prices, then when trying to resell the game in store apparently they don't buy the game anymore because they can't sell it. Then why sell 3 copies at 3 different prices? How do you justify this kind of business? Very incompetent and displeased. Stop trying to scam your customers.

I purchased 6 cooler bags from this Cash Converters. Upon opening them, 2 of them were ripped. We decided to return the faulty items so I looked up their return policy. The return policy states that "Most items sold by Cash Converters are covered by a 90 day fault warranty. This means if your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 90 days of your purchase, you may contact the store that sold the item for refund, exchange or repair." I went to Cash Converters within the warranty period to return the items. The manager refused to return the items because according to him the warranty period is only 7 days and the 90 day period is only for electronics. This is not stated anywhere on the Cash Converters website and so I have to believe that this was a lie on his part. He eventually refunded me for the one item and said the other one is not damaged enough.

They dont allow you to enter when you are wearing a cap, so these days I assume by just wearing a cap youre a criminal.Nice move cash converters, you are discriminating against people because of their attire, thats low. I encourage everyone reading this to boycott this place

Dont hassle your self, tried selling PS4 games and they tell me R60 a game for something I can sell to friends for R200-R300 a game don’t bother

It's a bigger Cash Converters that sells all the normal second hand stuff as well as some new stuff sometimes as well, they also buy second hand equipment as mediocre prices if you need cash in a hurry. Service is pretty good most of the time.
