Items that is supposed to be on promotion, according to their advertisements are not and the manageress is absolutely rude, telling me their price is their price and if its a problem, then I must call their customer service... which I did, who confirmed its meant to be on promotion. She wasn't even interested in checking if it might be incorrect, just assumes it's an online exclusive price... which it wasn't! So I paid more than the promo price and got treated bad... Terrible service!
