Went in with a problem on my BMW of the rear right lights cluster not working. A simple electrical problem, dealer charged an arm and a leg just to cut an join wires. Problem was not solved after 3 consecutive visits each time I had to pay. All the inconvenience cost me about R5000. Including the damage he caused to my parts. I eventual went to another mechanic and got a part for free from BMW, had to buy another bulb holder for R600 from BMW to get problem fixed. Unethical dealer happy to exaggerate simple problems so that he can keep on milking you until your pocket is empty. Please avoid this guy at all cost!!!
