My dog is terrified of the parlour but at D-Tail they allow me to take her when they are ready for her and call me to pick her as soon as she is ready. This avoids so much stress all round. D-Tail is the only parlour i have been to that cuts her exactly as i want it done. She always looks good when she has had a visit. I would always recommend D-Tail.

They shaved our Jack russels. The one is a long haired and we asked them to not shave him as short as the rest. They shaved him like the rest. We dropped off our 3 dogs at 8:20 and by 1pm I ohoned to ask if they are ready. They said "almost, I will phine you when they are" they phoned back to collect them around 2:20. When we got home it seemed the dogs didn't have water to drink the whole day as they attacked their bowls. To a dog lover, whos dogs are like kids. It wasn't pleasant knowing they where kept in cages the whole day. After all we had an appointment made for the day

It's the first time last week I used D-Tail Palour. My first impression when arriving was disappointed as I had to wait while the reception lady was writing up in her book and not greeting, when I asked to see the cages where the dogs were kept , they refused. On return of my dogs I only noticed a couple days later a bad cut under my dogs tummy by his back legs were they shaved him and have a picture to prove it. Not bothered to advise owner as they will not acknowledge it as I saw with their attitude. Just a warning to other dog lover's inspect your pets after taking your loved pet to D-Tail.
