Extremely poor service. They make promises to call and email you. If you call customer care, then the line will be dropped after holding for 8 minutes. When you call reception, they will tell you that there is only 1 person working in customer service, but is on training. She will still transfer you, even when she knows the person is on training.

Eurostore.co.za is a Government Company, if you look for this poor/worst service. No respond on email or phone or they comes with lies or block you. I have ordered my parts now direct in Europe.

I am most disappointed by the level of service offered. I had to wait for over 15min on 2 calls and eventually gave up. This all while trying to get a response on my coffee machine’s problem which I took in 2 weeks ago. This is the agent for reputable brands. Very concerned.

I sent two coffee machines in to be serviced and to replace some missing parts. It has been over two months and I keep being told they are waiting for the parts to arrive. There is zero communication from De Longhi to update me on the progress and I keep getting fed lies about the expected completion time. I will never buy another De Longhi appliance.

Oh Please - can industry employ people that can understand plain English and be able to communicate in the international spoken word would be Great !. To get randomly passed on while on a phone call from person to person is not the way to go - why is this done ?. Service manager and Senior management please ensure staff get telephonic training and reduce back ground noise while the designated agent is on the call - loud chatter as if a Party is on the go !
