There was a time when I would drive across town to support these folks, as I frequently did. My last visit however left me with a bad taste in my mouth when the only person that acknowledged my existence was the lady mopping the floor. I stood for 25 minutes without getting assistance. People came in after me and were immediately served. When I spoke up and said that I've been waiting for quite some time, the big bearded man walked right past me to serve the person behind me. That's 20 years patronage from me gone. A pity, because their workmanship has always been without fault.
