I totally love this place. the service is excellent. the place is child friendly. they take precautions to make sure the kids are safe while they play. the waiters are super friendly and keep checking on you to make sure you get the best service.

After sitting down at another restaurant, waiting for a table to open at the Falcon Falls Spur in Clearwater Mall, we immediately jumped for a table when it opened at the Spur - it was my daughter's birthday and she chose the Spur above any other choice she had in the mall. We sat down and placed our order - I asked the waiter 3 times to make sure my husband's steak as well as mine was MEDIUM done. We waited 30 minutes for only our drinks and then a further 90minutes for our food to come. My husband and I have four children. Do you know how difficult it is to entertain 4 hungry and thirsty children??? For 2 hours!!!! When the food eventually came (after asking where it was several times), the steak, we repeatedly asked for to be MEDIUM done, was served cooked so well done, that it was DRY!!!! I complained to both the managers and they sent my food back, and said that we wouldn't have to pay the bill. When we were ready to leave, the waiter came and we had to pay the FULL bill.... In the mean time, there were 2 different families who sat down next to us, placed their orders and had their food, while we were there waiting. My daughter accidentally forgot her handbag there when we left, so they phoned me to come fetch it and I was told over the phone that when we come to collect the bag I should ask for the managers, because they want to do something special for me...... again,,,, NOTHING!!!! They just handed me the bag, turned around and left. All empty promises!!! I am very disgusted and disappointed with this Spur. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They will definitely NEVER see me, my family or my friends again.

First time visiting the place and I was impressed. The staff was very friendly thumbs up to our host Lijoni he went an extra mile to make it extra special. The food was great, the ribs and chicken where succulent and I particularly loved the fact the the chips didnt have lots of salt. It's a perfect family environment, but you can still enjoy your date. Thumbs up to sticking to the COVID guide lines.

Our waitress' name was 'Loveness' she was really friendly - which made our day - and the food (Nachos for me) was simply delicious - everything was fresh and tasty. Recommended.

It just so happens that I was starving the day that we revisited the Spur at Clearwater Mall. I needed to share that in case it was a contributing factor to my review... It was amazing! The nachos were on point! I asked for extra cheese, and boy did I get “Extra Cheese”! The food tasted better than I remember it ever being, which could just be that they upped their games. The service was a bit slow and the servers were disgruntled. Apart from that, the overall experience wasn’t bad at all.
