I went to Hire All in Florida on Friday the 4th of December 2020 to hire one of their machines and was helped by Tshepo. I strongly feel that they ripping off customers because even after I told him that I have my own transport he insisted that I must use their transport which was R 300 more. Furthermore he told me that refunds are done on Tuesday and Thursdays. He asked for my account number which will be used for refund to my surprise it is Wednesday today I still don't have my money back. Yesterday I made numerous phone calls to follow up and he kept saying the money will be in my account by COB Yesterday, even John told me the same thing and here I am with no money still. Is this what Hire All do to its customers? I want my money and I will not give up stopping over promising and under delivering. I will also share my experience on Facebook so that the world can know that you ripping us off.
Service was good. Equipment that we hired gave a few problems, however they exchanged it without any hassles.
