Honeydew Bears is the best. I purchased 3 bear kits from them earlier this year, and the instructions on all are so easy to follow. I have now again purchased online, as the website says closed due to covid, only online orders, and I must say, the service was exceptional. I placed an order late on 30/09/2020, paid early Friday 01/10/2020 and my order arrived Monday morning. I will most certainly be coming back. Thanks for the excellent and friendly service!!!

Wow! Placed the order at 11am - received delivery by 14:20!!! same day. Honeydew bears is 100% amazing. I'm completely hooked. First of all - the service is absolutely outstanding. Better than any other online shop I've every used. The personal care from the owner is very special. Then there's the quality of the products I received and the extra tips on how to use the products. The patterns are incredibly cute and the instructions are extremely easy to follow. I made the most adorable bears very quickly - and learned so much through the process. These products are extremely complex and the website is misleading. Service is non-existent, as they don't answer calls or reply to emails for questions or advice before the purchase. The kit we received was incomplete, and instructions extremely complex. I definitely don't recommend buying on-line from this place, unless you are an expert in making bears and know what to expect, and their walk-in shop is closed. Just the fact that there was no email response or answering of calls on numerous occasions for product advice warrants a review of this nature.
