Not a people friendly place. The cashier has a bank card swiping machine out of sight and when advised that one isn't comfortable with handing a card over and not being able to see what is being done to the card, she gets offended. Surely operating on this manner is against the law. The radiologist then tell my husband, who is incapacitated by a sudden illness that he should walk, he is too young to ask for a wheelchair, they have 84 year olds who don't require wheelchairs. Best description Nightmare on Elm Street

Absolutely useless. Radiologists are friendly but the reception staff and supervisors are rude, opinionated and couldn’t care less. Waited for 4 hours as an in-patient to be helped.

MRI dept was running about 20mins late with their appointments. MRI only works with prebooked appointments!! No signs posted that MRI patients must also report to general xray reception. Due to renovations, parking is extremely difficult to find. Would advise arriving 30mins before appointment time to get parking spot!
