One of the best licensing departments around with helpful staff members. The process was nice, quick and efficient in every manner which is rare for licensing departments. If you want to get your license renewed and all that I suggest you go there as they don't get overloaded with work given that they do not do driver's license and learners which makes them more efficient on other stuff. I strongly recommend these guys

Actually quite impressive to be honest. My wife made a booking for her driver's license to be renewed. We went in there and were helped efficiently. There were no long queues and the staff greeted us with a smile and helped us quickly. Would definitely recommend. Get yourself an online booking though - I don't think the service would've been this fantastic had we not had the pre-booked appointment.

people sitting behind there counters abd do not know what they talking about. please send them for training if you the owner of a vehicle. you are laiable to get you vehicle documents and do not have to go back to the dealer. time wasting and cost for a document they can print. after standing in the que from 6h30 is not a joke. to many people using covid for reasonz not to do there work. covid made people lazy to think and do.

5 years ago I came to renewal my driver's license and could not believe the outstanding service. Returned today to be amazed once again. Efficient and outstanding is an understatement. We tend to complain about what is going wrong and not take a moment to notice what's going right. Thank you very much for giving true meaning to public service. If someone with influence reads this I would strongly recommend they come to you guys for a lesson on to improve other stations in our country. Keep up the great work and God bless!

FRUSTRATING. Nobody listens to what you want to do. You relate the same story to different people and the one you choose not to relate your issue to is a decision maker. This place always gets my Blood pressure up.

I must compliment the licensing department. There were queues, but that was to be expected. There was a staff member assisting us outside with the necessary forms, which prevented people getting inside only to find they haven't filled in the correct documents. The flow was good once inside. Each person went to the enquiries counter and was helped with preliminary steps. This prevents holdups at the main counters. The person helping me at the counter knew what they were doing, and was helpful. Overall I was impressed. Well done! No cash accepted - only cards.
