Was not told nor where there any notices up about a no refund policy. I went looking for a specific thickness and the sales lady who helped me knew that it was for a specific job. The wool didn't work and I returned the wool. I left very unhappy but with a credit for the next time I need something. They are not my usual go to shop for wool. After I use my credit, I will never shop there again and will warn people too.
