In my opinion, Fedhealth are incredibly expensive and my fees have not gone up, on average, less than 11% annually over the last ten years and their benefits are not good. They also have computer systems that don't work properly. The system, apparently, overpays money back to members which is then deducted from new payments without any explanation. What are they doing with all that money they get?

Been calling and I dont even get through to the switchboard after being on the line for 22 minutes and not speaking to anyone. Really whats the deal here? Is it your job to NOT answer phones and assist clients?
