Don't let Siphiwe wash your car. He clearly doesn't want to! He stood there for 20 minutes waiting to wash it. And when he did wash, skipped 50% of the surface. I am a loyal customer, but I am not paying for half a wash. Gerry is the best! If he leaves, I leave
I would recommend Monument Valet Center if you would like to send your vehicle for a valet.
They no longer wash the car like before. If they can wash like Jerry we will be happy .
Really great car wash. I actually drive a little out of my way to use them. Great attention to detail. Friendly service and the car is spotless. They have a nice shaded area to sit and a coffee machine. There's a kids play area as well.
Pleasant, enjoyable and professional
No star rating at all (1 just so I could post this review) , worst service ever!! We took our car yesterday as a friend had referred us but what we got was the complete opposite of what he had told us, the staff very rude, we had to walk to them every now and again to ask questions while they sat and were chatting, the ones that were working they were also chatting with that they would stand still and look in each other's eyes, we did feel like first timers as they made sure of it. My entire day was ruined as I was so angry. Never ever again will I set my foot there ever again!!!!
