WORST SERVICE EVER.......VERY DISAPPOINTED I just received the worst service ever from Nandos Horizon View. I placed an order at the drive through window and when I got to the collection window, I was told to wait 3 to 5 minutes to which I did not have a problem with. 25 minutes later I had to go inside the store to find out what the delay was. When I entered the a lady greeted me with my order......which was not even double checked with me. I complained again and all I got was a shoulder gesture. When I got home , we realized that the order was incorrect. I then called the store only to be told to return the order...which I disputed as it was not my mistake. I then asked to speak to the store manager only to be issued with a cell phone number which I called 3 times and the gave up. About 30 minutes later the manager then called me on my cell and when I expressed my unhappiness he then proceeded to explain to me that it was his day off and even went as far as telling me that he has financial difficulties as well as transport issues.....my heart goes out to him but I feel that as a loyal and paying customer I was robbed of R288,00 as that is what my order amounted too. Order was placed at 15:26 Went inside the-store at 15:45. Received call from manager 16:35. WORST SERVICE EVER.......VERY DISAPPOINTED. HOPE THIS REACHES THE HIGHEST LEVEL AND THAT MY CONCERNS DO NOT FALL ON DEAF EARS...

Bought a meal on special on 13 April , Festa fries and a breast. The fries had charrred pieces of chicken (hopefully it was chicken?) Spoiled my appetite. Very careless and inconsiderate of what they sell to customers.

Bought lemon and herb chicken burger and chips,what a let down. Not a drop of sauce in the burger.one dry rubbery mess.The chips were bland and tasteless,no salt or spices anywhere. The hotpot were basically just rice and really no pulled chicken pieces anywhere. Huge let down and money wasted,they wont see me and all our friens and Fam again. They need to pull up their socks. Totally bad experience.

It's is clean, spacious and very warm (great stuff). The food was great!!! I have a very big family and we ordered quite a bit of food but they got everything to our table. I was also glad to see a basin with hot and cold water to wash our hands especially under the covid19 circumstances. Great Great Great!!!
