The Customer service I received is disappointing, I had my case escalated till date im waiting for a call from a supervisor!!! The product are amazing i wont lie but the customer service is pathetic!!!!

Quite disappointed with the service I received from NativeChild. I purchased the full LOC combo, which was on promotion with a free satin bonnet. I was really excited to find an affordable, natural and locally made product! My products were recieved soon, missing the bonnet. I notified the enquiry email, as specified on my package. But heard nothing back from them. I then messaged them on Instagram. They read my message and didn't reply. I gave them a few days, emailed again and still no response. Their products are good but their service is TERRIBLE. Why offer a promotion but not give you the promotional products??? First and last purchase.
I am so glad I finally found hair products that are both affordable and all natural! I have been using Nativechild since 2018 and I am still so happy.

Currently so down, purchased hair products to the value of R500 a few days ago and I haven’t received not one email to say we have received your order and it’s on it’s way, no tracker nothing. So sad could have just gone to Dischem to get myself alternative products readily available for purchase. I understand that it’s not business as usual during this national lockdown but the least you can do is even send an automated message reassuring your customer that you will be in touch. Please advise if I will be getting my product and how soon. I am actually always disappointed when I try support local businesses
