The owner, Freddy Ehrke started the Company to pursue his dreams and passion in the Hospitality and Food Industry, after being a Manager in a Corporate Company for 25 Years. Freddy Ehrke studied with Capsicum Culinary Studios were he has successfully completed the City and Guilds International Chef Certificate. Omega Events and Catering is: - a member of SACA (South African Chefs Association), and - fully licensed to sell perishable food and products to the public, and - fully conversant to Health and Safety procedures (OHASA).
