My first time with Dr Deshini Packririsamy was on 06 November 2020. I felt I was not with a Doctor, but a friend too. She is super attentive. Listens to you attentively. I phoned her 1 week after my consultation for a follow up on my blood test. She was not available at the time, I left a message and the she personally phoned me back. Excellent Customer Service par Excellence!

Dr. Packirisamy saw me yesterday as an emergency and she was literally a live saver. I am 23 weeks pregnant and had a huge cyst that she drained and even called the urologist to get a second opinion. I was so impressed with her empathy and bedside manner. She is definitely my new favorite gynecologist and I highly recommend her. And to add on, the receptionists are highly professional and friendly. Something that is hard to find elsewhere!

Most amazing gynae I have ever been to. She saved my life when I landed up at casualty after what turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy where my fallopian tube ruptured. She did emergency surgery on me and was unbelievably sensitive to me having just lost a baby. I then went to her when I fell pregnant again. I trust her with my life and I had such a relaxed and positive pregnancy. She is not an alarmist and is confident in what she does. Her receptionist and staff are so lovely too. Found her so attentive and caring. Love her to bits and would never go anywhere else.

She feels like home, will explain everything and is very patient. Makes you look forward to next appointment and the receptionist and nurse are amazing. She delivered my baby in June 2019 and even if you don't take her recommendations she is never hostile.

I went to Dr Packirisamy for my pregnancy and the birth of my baby. What an amazing doctor! She was attentive to my personal requirements and each consultation was attended to diligently, never rushed. She would explain everything to me in detail and was always helpful, even if I phoned in with a quick question. She always provided me with extra advice and tips, especially when comparing this to my friends experiences with their gynaes. I would highly recommend Dr Packirisamy to anyone, especially for pregnancy!

It seems that this gynae tunes into some of her patient's personalities and then she is an asset to that person. That was NOT the case with my daughter. I went along to experience a 4D scan and what should have been an extremely exciting happening, turned into a cold, clinical and impersonal experience. No passion whatsoever; a robotic response. I remember my gynae from 32 years ago - how precious his compassion and lively interest in me and my baby was. This new mother-to-be (my daughter) would have hugely benefited from some reassurance that everything looks fine (beautiful would be my description) and that baby is doing great. No, nothing. Just measurements, clinical results and cold eyes. After the delivery she was stitched in a nonfunctional way and so the stitches became undone - meaning they had to be redone 4 days later. More pain and trauma. I was, and still am, sad for my daughter's sake. Pregnancy and childbirth represent the epitome of womanhood. It is NOT "mere medical care". It is emotional from beginning to end.

Awesome doctor, she delivered both my sons via natural birth. She never pressured me for a c-section. The main this was that as also as mother and baby are fine.
