Service was friendly however not very good. I had to follow up constantly instead of them informing me. Also their product left ink streaks on the packaging tap. And when I requested a replacement, no one got back to me.

Terrible service. Once we placed an order, it took them FOREVER to get anything done. almost 2 months to get some tape printed... Buying and selling of products isn't what my company does and these guys showed me exactly why. Thanks for nothing Packit.
