Really not happy with the service at all. placed a big order with palletworks about 4 months ago for end October delivery. and the order was changed a bit after 1.5 months but the value remained the same.. after 4 months we took delivery of our items after being told the order was ready. but the bar stools were not finished, and they are all different sizes and heights and the wrong color. then the 10 seater table we ordered came with Mark's all over from not being painted properly.. they delivered the bar stools 3 days later and they were the incorrect colour and 2 had not been built. so we sent them back. they came to deliver again with all the bar stools and again 2 were not correct and had different colour marks and they are all different sizes and heights after being told by the manager that she had done a quality check herself. for a standard item they dont seem to be manufactured in a standard way. after sending them back again. we were woken up to the delivery drivers just pitching up at the house after no contact was made from palletworks that they would be coming. really disgusted with the level of service we received. and when trying to contact Jamie the owner about his delivery people just arriving. his phone has been off.

Having ordered furniture to the value of 21k, I am left feeling very disgusted in the overall service and final product. I ordered 8 bar stools and they are all different sizes and haven't been painted nicely at all. Our patio table's legs have all been stuck on skew. Delivery was made and goods were sent back 3 times because it was either painted the wrong colour, had marks and scratches all over, or they just delivered the wrong thing. Without discussing delivery today, you randomly sent your driver to my house WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT which shows a lack of respect for a customer. After the past week's events of having the 3 deliveries, not once have you (Jamie) tried to make contact to correct YOUR error. Not to mention every delivery has been 90 mins - 120 mins later than arranged time. Had to take off work 3 times this week for all this nonsense. Apparently all products go through a quality check by Nicole before being delivered. How can you send furniture to people when the legs aren't stuck on straight and the painting is shocking. Bar stools were all different heights, sizes and painting was not neat at all! Your driver even agreed and said if he was buying them he wouldn't accept them either. All 8 were sent back with the driver. Patio tables ordered (2 of them), the legs aren't straight and the painting is horrific but we have accepted them as we can't afford to lose our deposit. I am still waiting for Jamie to contact us. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND PALLET WORKS.
