Thank you for the delivery. I ordered online and had no response the first 3 days. Then I read the reviews online and started worrying. On day 4 I had a response and on day 5 the goods was delivered. I would have liked a faster order confirmation. But I am very satisfied. Thank you. I will gladly order again.
The worst place to buy online! Bought some stuff 6th of January, got half of it last month. Still waiting for the rest! Even Wish is cheaper and have faster delivery!!
Mixed feelings. So I bought a couple of components for my custom build. Bought from this store on impulse, without reading any reviews, I blame my recent breakup. Prices are cheap but delivery takes long. I’m happy I got the correct items and no need for returns. PC is built and no issues so far. I really think this company will benefit hugely from a CMS that auto updates customers on their order. Was good to get the courier email when the parcel was shipped from JHB to CPT. UPDATE: 08/07/2020 Mobo has failed and I’ve been referred to a third party to sort a warranty claim. What a mess. UPDATE: 03/09/2020 So after a few back and forth emails, I had to courier the mobo back to PC Link computers. After another 2 weeks, I was given a full refund, which I received today. Thank you to Jaco for the great service.
I have been waiting since January for my binding machine. It's now April and I still have not received it. I requested a refund and my emails have being ignored. The phone number doesn't work so I can't even speak to anyone. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and non existent service. Please pay back my money!!!! Update: 8/04/2021 Thank you for your detailed post Amber. After reading Amber's review I called Payfast and they will be intervening to try and resolve the matter. I asked them why they allow PC Link to continue using their platform when there are so many complaints regarding non-delivery. Her reply was that they can only discontinue their agreement if there are unresolved cases which they are aware of. So those with unresolved issues can call Payfast and hopefully a resolution will be reached.
Ordered on 27 Jan and nothing to show now 16 April. Made contact and informed of supplier issues. Tried alternative item but applied for refund eventually. At this point it would be nice if they would go violate themselves. No STARS !!!
