Worst customer service experience I had today. Went to get a new card at non existing customer service woman ignored me and helped another man. When i complained and ask where the customer service was she ignored me again. I had to phone the customer service to get assistance. Would not recommend pick n pay little falls to any respected person.

Today there was a visible special on the cadbury chocolate 2 Dairy Milk cadbury for R20. When i got to the till they said the oreo flavour wasn't part of the special. Yet its also a diary milk product and packed by the chocolate that was on special. This is not the first time. This branch often has false advertising or wording and poor communication whenever you get to the till you find out the item is not really on special. Poor management.

Beware the empty Panini! We bought 6 Panini’s among other things from the Deli area inside. They look all good in The display. Beware at R30 you get a dry Panini not even a spread on it with 2 very thin pieces of cold meat and half a slice of cheese, or 1 spoon of Chicken mayo on the opening to make it looked as if it is filled, only one third of the Panini actually have something on it, two thirds are as dry as you can imagine. We bought Chicken Mayo and Ham and Cheese as per pictures they look nice until you open them. Beware and don’t get caught this is a rip-off and clever con-marketing. Not to purchase if you have friends and or family as they will be disappointed. Or want to eat something....

By far the best branch, very clean. Had a problem with discount price not applied at the till, but the cashier was able to refund me properly with smile and apology. Keep up the great work

Raymond you rock. I lost my glasses on the store yesterday. He got the cleaning staff to find them and personally called me to come collect them. When I arrived he is so pleasant and professional. He then proceeded to assist a man who was having a seizure. He was kind and gentle and took control. Well done Raymond. Your attitude and commitment to customer service is so valuable in this day and age.
