I suddenly hit some financial problems and can no longer afford to go to the gym, I knew there was a cancelation fee but I was not informed it was the price of 4 months of gym so now I either keep going to gym, wich I can't afford or pay an obscene amount to cancel and not be able to eat for a month. This is truly the worst experience I've ever had with any gym, I will personally recommend people go to any other gym instead. And I also see that their 5 star rating are for things that they have to do to run a business like be clean and not rude to customers (shouldn't that be a given and not something you give 5 stars for) that's like commending someone for brushing their teeth, it's expected not asked for

The music is too loud in the bathrooms and, who asked for classical music? The music while training is even worse and wearing headphones won't help because you'll hear it through the headphones. The equipment is satisfactory, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful but personally I don't enjoy it that much only because I transferred from The Marc to Roodepoort and I can tell you, it may be the same company but the experience is something different.

Superb staff, excellent equipment and safe cleaning and sterilizing practices. This gym was recently renovated so the equipment is really good. No parking issues and a lovely coffee / juice bar in the gym. Also has a pool.
