They were great but lately they seem to have become a bit arrogant with customers. Have now received your reply. Can't remember which staff member, or the incident exactly as it was some to be ago. Just that I have been using you for years and always been a pleasant experience. This time it seemed to me that whoever served me was rude with an attitude of take it or leave it, which is not the helpful approach you normally had. Nothing to be done at this stage as it was long ago.
