The client brought his pump to us for repairs,since it was during holidays we offered to loan him one of our pump to use while waiting for his to be fixed. On inspection we found that the pump was not repairable.We have allowed him to use the loan pump free of charge for 2 months and he never complained, And we replaced his old pump with a brand new pump. Was that a terrible service ? Really
Terrible experience due to no follow through. This company came to put in a lone pump while they reconditioned mine. They sent invoice, I paid.. 2 month down line still waiting to see my reconditioned pump. Shocking service and actually terrible follow through. Do not use this company.
