Staff need to be trained to leave a message on your voicemail if you do not answer their call to inform you that your package has arrived. On two occasions it has happened to me that they call and don't leave a message. To make it worse on the first occasion my package was with them for 2 weeks. I only discovered they had it after I contacted the supplier who then told me it had been sent 2 weeks prior. They also only call twice on a specific day and that's it. This time I also received an SMS a day after I already collected my package. Complaining to them doesn't help, they don't do anything to improve their service!

Went to print a few color pages, expected to pay for just my print outs and was shocked to learn that you get charged R5 extra when your USB is in their computer. As a university student on a budget I try to cut corners wherever I can. Service is slow and customer service is below average. Would not recommend.
